A historic location, with a modern amenities. The Hagerman is a major renovation project in the historic district of Lexington, Kentucky. The project needed to create a brand honoring the buildings historic roots but attracting a modern audience looking for luxury living and easy access to downtown Lexington.

The branding for The Hageman made use of old style and script typography to convey an older, well-established brand. A gilded Snell Rounded (script font) was embellished with filigree curves and shadows to create a fine blend of history and luxury.

The Hagerman site uses a soft color pallet and a clean, simple layout to drive the audience towards direct contact with the landlords. A modern navigation adds a bit more to showcasing the modernization of the historic property.
